That’s why we offer a range of Family Friendly Fabrics which use clever stain, odour and moisture resisting technology, making it easy to clean everyday dirt and spills. Unlike treatments such as Scotchgard, the technology used in our Family Friendly Fabrics is applied at a molecular level and won’t wear off or change the feel of the fabric.

An elegant velvet or soft chenille sofa might seem like a pipedream in a busy, modern home, but think again! The Aquaclean® and Safe Front® Technologies in our Family Friendly Fabrics mean that you don’t have to compromise on style when choosing the perfect family sofa.

What is Aquaclean® Technology?

Unlike protection that gets sprayed on after the sofa is made, the Aquaclean® treatment system covers every single fibre with an invisible molecular coating meaning that dirt is unable to penetrate the fabric’s fibres and will disappear when water is applied.

This innovative technology means that you can get on with your life and not worry about your sofa. If you accidentally spill a steaming hot espresso or that chocolate ice cream misses your mouth, fear not! Simply follow these three easy steps:

1. Remove any excess residue on the upholstery.

2. Apply water over the stain, either directly or using a damp cloth. then wait a few seconds.

3. Press down over the stain with a damp cloth and rub gently over the fabric in circular movements.

If the stain does not come off completely, repeat the process as required.

Even if you notice the day after, stains that are 24 hours old should be easy to remove.
